breakfast offered many choices and the staff was very helpful.
I had a problem with noise. The soundproofing was poor and i heard cleaning staff talking loudly in the corridor, also the dragging of their trolley was quite disturbing, especially since the corridors are tiled and not carpeted!

I really enjoyed the pool area, there were plenty of lounge chairs and towels available. A complimentary massage was also a very nice perk. Staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. I was impressed by the attentiveness of the employees.
The soundproofing was not very good, I could hear some noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms.

The staff was helpful! vin provided really good tips and recommendations for local restaurants and activities. He. i also found the breakfast buffet to be excellent. It offered a huge selection, including daily pho variations. i especially appreciated the complimentary bicycle rentals, made exploring the surrounding area easy.
The soundproofing could be improved. I could hear conversations and movement from the hallway and adjacent rooms, this made it difficult to sleep well.

the staff were always happy and kind, they genuinely seemed delighted to welcome me back each day. ms hugh made my stay special; she provided personalized service and made sure all my needs were met.
